What is Space Planning that you ask? Well, it is kinda like playing Tetris, it is the fitting of oddly shaped blocks in a confined box, thus fitting them in, in the right order. This is done to make space work and, subsequently, creating effective & productive workplaces.

Include planning of all plumbing works for kitchens and Restrooms. Look at where existing plumbing is, and as a result, find the best way to route water and waste. Plan storage of stationary, brooms, and other miscellaneous items. Do Not forget to plan passageways that are in accordance with the local fire departments by-laws, since you will be required to get sign off from local authorities.
